Aughton Has Got Talent

So its clear Aughton Has Talent.
The evening of Saturday, 27th of October 2012, saw the fabulous Aughton’s Got Talent event at Aughton Village Hall to raise money for MacMillan Cancer Research and Help for Heroes.

The Awards

Young Contestants

1st Place: Group B

2nd Place: Group A

  • Mark Jump (Drums & Trumpet) for Tom Hark (South African Township Jive Tune)
3rd Place: Richard Bradshaw for Heart of Gold (Neil Young) & Lovin’ Thing (Richard Bradshaw)

David Gallagher:

There were just so many great performances tonight as highlighted in the accompanying evening programme. This was a thoroughly enjoyable event was had by all and all other contestants were awarded consolation prizes and certificates.

A great thanks go to all those who got involved to make the evening what it was.
