The Oakleaf Suite also known as the ‘Main Hall’ is the larger of the two function rooms within Aughton Village Hall, and is also the original part of the hall before the Acorn Suite extension was built.

The Oakleaf Suite is a well sized venue and very versatile. It can host various parties including anniversaries, birthdays and christenings, dance evenings, concerts & stage performances, meetings and dinners.

The hall has a large selection of tables and upholstered chairs providing quality seating for all your guests and a fully licensed bar.

The Oakleaf suite hosts weekly Line Dancing, the monthly Social Dance, regular formal lunch with a licensed bar and occasional plays from Spot On events. In addition to this is hosts many private parties and various celebrations including christenings, birthdays, anniversaries and wedding receptions.

Fitted Kitchen

A fully functional fitted kitchen complete with microwave, large water boiler for tea & coffee, sinks, gas cooker & hob, cutlery and crockery.

Stage

A small fully functioning stage complete with lighting system , curtains and side stage, as well as having a sound system available with microphone.

Grand Piano

There is a Grand Piano available for qualified players.

Tables and Chairs

There is a good selection of large and small tables and there are 120 upholstered chairs available in the hall.

Bar

The Oakleaf Suite has a fully licensed bar, available on request for a variety of functions. The hall is licensed until midnight and the bar serves a range of alcoholic and soft drinks.

Sound system

There is an installed sound system available. If you would like to know more please phone the hall.

Toilets

There are male and female toilets available in the main hall entrance in addition to a disabled toilet.

Maximum Capacity:The maximum capacity of the Oakleaf suite is 120 people, this is when the chairs are located in a theatre style. The hall can be laid out in a variety of different layouts however offering reduced seating numbers.
Disabled Facilities: The Oakleaf suite benefits from the halls disabled access through the main Winfred lane entrance and foyer and the disabled toilet is located within the main foyer to the hall. Aughton Village Hall disabled access.
